Accounts Payable Assistant

Beograd, Srbija (Hybrid)

This position will act as a liaison for the Accounts Payable department by accurately and efficiently answering inquiries and assisting in problem solving for vendors, contractors, and internal employees.

Take a closer look at the main responsibilities:

  • Answer vendor/employee inquiries with professional courtesy, giving exceptional customer service
  • Vendor Master Management (update, create, etc.) 
  • Assist with company credit card coding, reconciliation, and projects
  • Tasks pertaining to company credit card and travel and expense platform
  • Work with integrations team and newly acquired companies to facilitate onboarding into Client's Accounts Payable process to ensure no delays in payments
  • Manage Accounts Payable shared inbox and delegate tasks per team assignments
  • Manage high priority and urgent requests to ensure they are responded to per the Accounts Payable team service level agreement
  • Escalate high priority requests (as needed) to the AP Manager and/or Lead to ensure they are addressed properly
  • Invoice entry
  • Provide assistance to the Accounts Payable team as needed
  • Participate in process improvement projects

  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically
  • Problem solving
