ATM Service Support

ATM Support role includes investigation, diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, as well as liaising with sites and other departments.

With more than 1.5 million individual transactions each day, this job is great for people who can think quickly, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires to think outside the box and problem solve, escalating to appropriate management where guidance is required.

Your role is to quickly identify the best course of action and ensure a quick resolution for remote fix of a machine or put into place a plan of action:

  • Provide personal and professional service, usually under pressure
  • Manage "tickets" on an in-house database, ensuring a high level of quality
  • Diagnose faults and follow the correct course of action
  • Using remote tools to ensure first fix
  • Problem solving following processes within a busy environment
  • Multitask and make key decision.
  • Managing non dispensing ATMs, making out bound calls
  • Manage multiple mailboxes

The successful candidate will have a passion and flair for delivering excellent operational services. This is a developing work environment, so a positive ability to embrace change is a must. You will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Understanding of technology and experience in MS Office including Outlook / Excel/ Word
  • Keyboard skills (type accurately at least 30 VPM)
  • Proven strong organizational skills; Ability to set priorities and work on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic and diligent work
