Business Development Representative

On the behalf of our client Graia we are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. If you're a natural communicator with a knack for identifying opportunities and a passion for connecting with people, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding Graia's reach by engaging with potential clients, uncovering their needs, and setting up successful meetings for our sales team. You'll be comfortable working across various lead sources, from cold outreach to nurturing warm relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social selling) from cold data lists
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully book qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover
  • Problem Identification: Develop a deep understanding of prospect challenges and articulate how Graia's solutions can address their specific needs
  • Inbound Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments as appropriate
  • Lead Nurturing: Cultivate and maintain relationships with warm leads, including event attendees and past prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel
  • Multi-threading: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all prospect interactions
  • CRM Management: Accurately track all activities and update prospect information in our CRM system

What You'll Bring: 

  • Fluency in English 
  • Proven BDR Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role with a strong focus on outbound sales and appointment setting
  • Outbound Selling Acumen: Demonstrated success in initiating conversations and generating interest from cold prospects
  • Multi-threading Expertise: Experience navigating complex accounts and engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both required languages, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely
  • Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to meet and exceed targets and quotas
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Collaborative Mindset: Eagerness to work in tandem with the Marketing team to ensure integrated and effective outreach strategies
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
  • Resilience: A positive attitude and ability to handle rejection gracefully
