Compensation Analyst

We are looking for new colleagues to join us in the Compensation Analyst position

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to clients, engineers, and partners by identifying and resolving issues
  • Handling incoming requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Monitoring and managing ticket queues; resolving incidents remotely or escalating them to appropriate teams
  • Ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA timeframes and escalating when necessary
  • Using internal and external knowledge bases to apply known solutions
  • Maintaining ownership of escalated issues until full resolution and informing management of any delays
  • Contributing to the development of knowledge bases and preparing standard reports
  • Anticipating client needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good computer skills, specifically with MS Office 
  • Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential data with integrity
