In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their marketing needs are met through ongoing communication and support. You'll provide regular campaign updates, strategize to enhance client outcomes, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize engagement.

- Client Communication: Manage ongoing client communications via email, phone, and video meetings to address key topics like campaign performance, strategy, upsell opportunities, and data dashboard navigation
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication for ongoing requests and project updates
- Campaign Management: Monitor campaign performance, delegate tasks to internal teams for optimization, and ensure timely adjustments are made
What we expect from you:
- Mandatory : Excellent knowlegde of the English language
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in account management, client services, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving satisfaction
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented mindset, able to navigate challenges and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle client communications, internal coordination, and project management efficiently
