In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of customer support, where your ability to guide and solve technical issues with ease will make a real impact. Your main duties will include:

  • Walking customers through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
  • Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Responding to incoming phone calls, emails, or tickets from clients and field engineers, while keeping an eye on the notification and ticket queue screens
  • Troubleshooting both known and undocumented problems, ensuring smooth operations
  • Managing customer issues in line with Service Level Agreements to guarantee satisfaction
  • Supporting new employees with training, guidance, and feedback to enhance team performance
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the processes that ensure top-tier customer service
  • Conducting audits to ensure service quality and continual improvement

 

Here’s what we are looking for in YOU:

  • A high school diploma (and if you have a technical degree or IT knowledge, even better!)
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS
  • A problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a team-oriented spirit
  • Flexibility to work shifts (yes, including weekends!) in our 24/7 operation
