HR Representative

We are looking for an entry-level HR professional to join our HR Central team. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR processes and employee support.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced HR team members and have the opportunity to learn about HR operations, systems, and service delivery in a global environment.

Take a closer look at the main responsibilities:

  • Providing first-level support to employees, managers, and candidates by responding to routine HR-related inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR self-service tools. Communication is handled through email, web requests, live chat, and phone;  
  • Supporting standard HR transactions, entering and maintaining data in HR systems, monitoring request status, and following up to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Preparing basic documentation, assisting with reports, and escalating requests when needed.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Organizational skills
  • Advanced MS Office 
  • HR tools & HR experience is an advantage
