Implementation Coordinator

We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our team!

  • Representing the company in a professional and positive manner that enhances its image and reputation
  • Assisting and supporting the project manager with day-to-day responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including communication, documentation, access permits, and detailed functional documentation for installations
  • Ensuring all deadlines and project milestones are met
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers at the local level (branches, stores, or offices)
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to define and assess functional requirements for process optimization
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating project risks and opportunities
  • Performing all other tasks and projects as assigned by senior colleagues and supervisors
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of external teams involved in project execution
  • Identifying and engaging all relevant stakeholders to support continuous process improvement
  • Conducting detailed quality control for all aspects of installations and overall program delivery
  • Monitoring trends in process development and deployment strategies
  • Tracking and contributing to the development and maintenance of project schedules
  • Approaching service delivery from the client’s perspective to support continuous improvement
  • Working closely with clients to define project goals and objectives
  • Collecting detailed customer asset data and other relevant information for financial and operational purposes
  • Providing regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on planned and completed activities
What we expect from you:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business or related education
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data integration).
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts (7 AM – 3 PM; 3 PM – 11 PM; 11 PM – 7 AM)
