The Implementation coordinator is in charge of cooperation with various parties. While dealing with clients, project management, technical team, and other internal and external colleagues, your main duties would be:

  • Management of installation activities, products and services procured by the customer, and third-party products and services for customers
  • Creating Service requests
  • Analyzing and reviewing planed activities and adding activities to the main schedule
  • Providing services such as equipment upgrades, redeployment and site preparation services
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Sanity checking site specific documentation to ensure no discrepancies or omissions
  • Production of weekly / monthly project reports if required
  • Cooperating with all relevant teams involved in project delivery to ensure all steps are in place for smooth delivery

What we expect from you:

  • Secondary or higher education
  • Advanced level of Italian and English language
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment
  • Advanced knowledge of working on Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
