If you are a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills and it is easy for you to communicate in Italian, take a closer look at the main duties:

  • Management of installation activities, products and services procured by the customer, and third-party products and services for customers
  • The provision of services such as equipment upgrades, redeployment, and site preparation services
  • Maintain quality standards by following best practices, guidelines, and legislation
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all communications and data
  • Communicate effectively with project supervisors and escalate any issues that arise
  • Manage expectations by processing information from vendors, generating reports, and tracking progress
  • Maintain and update project trackers with accurate information
  • Assist supervisors with information gathering and ensuring proper workflows are followed

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Italian language
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to work from the office
