Junior Permit Coordinator

Belgrade, Srbija (Hybrid)

This position, under the supervision of the Project Manager, and in collaboration with the Assistant Project Manager, assists in securing construction/trade permits for rollout/remodel projects.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the PM and APM on the project permit documents
  • Maintain accurate tracking reports for all locations and permit steps
  • Assist in scheduling project meetings and providing accurate information as to the process flow
  • Assist with the mailing of correspondence regarding permits and licenses
  • Work with the architect to determine needed information for permits
  • Transmit documents between parties to ensure current revisions and changes are available to all parties
  • Assist in maintaining positive and effective communication during the project

What we expect from you:

  • The ability to read and interpret architectural plans
  • 1-2 years of related experience or training 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary
