We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Technical Specialist to join our centralized Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality marketing assets—including landing pages, forms, form handlers, email templates, and campaigns—for over 40 unique businesses across our Company's portfolio. You’ll work with a wide range of brand guidelines to ensure each business unit’s materials are visually consistent, technically sound, and optimized for performance. Proficiency in Pardot (Account Engagement) is essential, as it is the core of our marketing automation platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain custom email templates, forms, form handlers, and landing pages in Pardot (Account Engagement), aligned to unique brand styles
- Translate brand books into dynamic digital assets that support campaign goals
- Support business units with end-to-end asset creation for email marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver responsive, accessible, and effective marketing assets
- Manage campaign execution, including list segmentation, testing, and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance and consistency in opt-in processes, template styling, and lead capture mechanisms
- Configure UTM tracking and form completion actions to support attribution and lead routing in Salesforce
- Advise internal stakeholders on marketing technology best practices and scalable asset design
What we expect from you:
- Experience in marketing operations, digital production and campaign execution
- Experience with Pardot (Account Engagement)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of lead flows and field mapping
- Strong HTML skills for email and landing page customization; CSS or JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong visual and technical attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines across different businesses
- Familiarity with UTM tagging, campaign reporting, and digital asset QA
