This position is responsible for assisting with the management of projects throughout the US from development to completion and closeout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation and completion of project schedule
- Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials
- Coordinating with Project Manager on project documents needed
- Assist PM with establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors
- Assist the PM with shipments of materials to the appropriate sites
- Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
- Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met
- Monitor activities of subcontractors and employees on job sites, confirm check-ins/check-outs and review photos
- Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM
- Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required

- Execute small projects independently if needed
What we expect from you:
- Business or technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient level of English language
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills necessary
- Exceptional attention to detail
