Sales Coordinator

Belgrade, Srbija (Hybrid)

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to join our team and support Business Development activities through lead generation, client outreach, and coordination with prospective partners.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to regional staffing companies and prospective partners in order to generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
  • Support Business Development initiatives through appointment coordination, follow-up communication, and client outreach activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on daily activities and work processes
  • Enter and update data in internal tracking systems accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain positive and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders
  • Perform additional business-related tasks assigned by the Company when needed

What we expect from you

  • Experience in a cold-calling environment or in SDR/BDR roles is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to work afternoon shifts (15-23)
