Sales Development Representative - Spanish and English language

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team.

This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and shaping our go-to-market approach in the European golf market. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own a prioritized account list of clubs/operators and key personas (GM, Director of Golf, Owner)
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at golf clubs and multi-course operators
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Build and manage a strong top-of-funnel sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach effectiveness

What we expect from you:

  • Fluency in speaking Spanish and English language
  • Previous experience in SDR/BDR roles (B2B SaaS or hospitality/sports) is a plus
  • Confident cold-caller and concise writer; comfortable running your own rhythm
  • Proactive, dynamic communicator with a service-first mindset
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Flexibility to work weekends
