Support Specialist (Night Shift)

We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Support Specialist to join us. This role involves providing on-call support, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting new customer launches.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • On-call responsiveness to support inquiries, both virtually and in-person
  • Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software across sites
  • Setting up and installing hardware
  • Inputting data for client sites
  • New customer launch support
  • Leading training sessions
  • Creating templates to make communication more efficient
  • Communicating technical details to users in layman’s terms

What we expect from you:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Self-driven, can operate independently, and respond to unexpected situations with confidence
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Must have good Microsoft office skills with a working knowledge of Teams, Word and Excel
  • Experience with various operating systems and POS systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work primarily during night shifts, including weekends
