SW Support Specialist - English language

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SW Support Specialist III to join our team. This role is key in providing end-to-end support for our cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continuous assistance to our customers.

Your main duties will include:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
  • Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to support successful implementation
  • Providing training and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and remote sessions
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, offering ongoing support and addressing day-to-day inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with minimal disruption to customer operations
  • Using remote tools to diagnose and resolve software-related challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and solve complex technical problems
  • Working closely with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure a unified customer experience
  • Participating in regular meetings to align on customer needs and service improvement initiatives

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum High School diploma 
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Experience with POS systems or in the hospitality/retail technology sector
