We’re looking for a Tech Helpdesk Partner to join our Italian team and support clients by solving technical issues and making sure everything runs smoothly. 

What will you be doing?

  • Helping customers step-by-step to solve tech issues
  • Answering calls, emails, and support tickets
  • Troubleshooting known and new problems (hardware & software)
  • Making sure customer issues are resolved within deadlines
  • Supporting and guiding new team members
  • Following internal procedures and helping improve service quality

What do we expect from you?

  • High school diploma (technical background is a plus)
  • Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and English
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (08-16h; 16-00h)
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Team spirit and willingness to learn
