Take a look at what your main duties would be:
Executing configuration changes in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system.
Executing configuration changes in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates.
Serving as subject matter expert to clients and team members
Troubleshooting issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalating appropriately.
Maintaining responsibility for the execution of project plans.
Identifying areas for internal process improvement.
What we expect from you:
- Preferably a technical degree in Computer science and/or experience in an IT environment
- Fluency in speaking and writing of English language
- Additional language (Italian, Spanish or French) would be considered a plus
- Proficient level of SQL or other databases
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude
- Customer service orientation and team spirit
