We are looking for a colleague to join us as a Sales Ops Support Analyst!
Check out the main duties of the position:
- Manage and support daily operations of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, including DocuSign, ensuring efficient and compliant contract processes
- Digitize, maintain, and enhance contract templates in close collaboration with the Legal department, business contract owners, and IT teams
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT for contract workflow updates, system changes, and process improvements
- Administer user access and permissions within the CLM system, including new user setup and role management
- Provide functional support to sales teams and internal users for CLM and related sales tools, managing issues and escalations in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor and manage incoming requests through shared email inboxes, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation
- Assist in resolving order-related exceptions by coordinating with accountable stakeholders
- Support the CLM Product Owner by gathering business requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assisting with user training and rollout of new enhancements
What we expect from you:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with multi-threaded tasks
- Strong follow-up skills (proactive, detailed)
- Sales support and account maintenance/management skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English language
