We are seeking a motivated individual to join our international team in a junior-level role. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our Digital Transformation Team, supporting the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) Cloud program rollout.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Ensure customer data integrity in Oracle ES cloud for service delivery, billing, and customer reporting
- Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods and procedures for service data quality related activities
- Present and gain agreement for problem isolation, solution creation, and implementation plans
- Customize and provide business data for knowledge applications; prepare and distribute standard reports
- Coordinate activities with management and project managers
- Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, with quality
- Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution
What we expect from you:
- BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or business-related experience
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Data Analysis & Cleansing : proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data profiling tools
- Reporting & Visualization: experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
