Restaurant Onboarding Associate - German language

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Restaurant Onboarding Associate, you will help restaurants successfully join our delivery platform by creating and uploading their menus. You’ll make sure menus are well-structured, accurate, and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll also maintain existing menus, updating them when restaurants make changes, and ensure all content follows our internal guidelines and rules.

• Create and upload restaurant menus to the delivery app.
• Ensure all details (names, descriptions, prices, allergens, categories) are accurate.
• Structure menus according to internal rules and usability guidelines.
• Maintain and update menus based on restaurant requests or platform needs.
• Communicate with team members and restaurants to resolve missing or unclear information.
• Perform quality checks before menus go live.

Who You Are:

• You have advanced communication skills in both German and English.
• You’re a fast learner, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• You love being part of a team and enjoy problem-solving with others.
• No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for students or anyone with a hunger to learn and grow.
